Coverage: 71 active published awards; 63 bid reports (which may be per lot). Supplier values exclude multi-supplier awards, frameworks and DPS, and use GBP only. They are published award values, not payments. Price reduction compares single-lot, single-award, single-supplier GBP procedures with explicitly non-framework/non-DPS status; increases remain in the average. Unpublished data stays unknown. Awarded suppliers are winners, not all bidders.

The Scottish Government is committed to transforming and improving mental health support so people can access the right support at the right time. The pandemic has shone a light on mental wellbeing, and ensuring our mental health policy fits with the evolving needs of the population is more important than ever as we continue to recover from the pandemic. A Centre for Innovation in Mental Health will aim to support a developmentally, emotionally, psychologically and socially flourishing Scotland. Working independently, the Centre will use its expertise to produce innovative and modern ideas for how to best support good mental health and wellbeing across the country. The Centre will draw on the insight and experiences of a range of community, academic and practice partners to generate fresh thinking and new approaches to improve mental health in Scotland. That will include highlighting evidence-based options that have not been fully implemented. The remit for the Centre will be broad. It will include structural factors which influence mental health and wellbeing, prevention, early intervention and service provision. The work of the Centre will be publicly available and will be considered as part of the Scottish Government’s ongoing policy development.
