- Performance Review, Contractor and Authority to conduct performance review meeting every four (4) months for the whole duration of the contract.
- Helpdesk, Response time for escalated queries shall be 48 hours latest. For any emergencies, immediate response time shall be required. Quality of service provided by the Contractor shall be reviewed. Any complaints received by the Contractor from the Authority or any covered participant are documented and properly escalated. 24/7 availability of the Contractor’s customer service support.
- Processing of Invoices, ccuracy and completeness of details on the invoice submitted to Authority. On-time submission of invoices to Authority.
- Management Information Reporting, Preparation, accuracy, completeness, and timely submission of Management Information Monthly Reports, including but not limited to Utilisation Reports and Claims Reports. Reports shall be submitted every second Friday of the month, e.g. the Utilisation Report for May shall be submitted on the second Friday of June.
- Processing of Claims / Reimbursements, Approved claims need to be reimbursed in Fresh USD or Fresh LBP depending on the currency of the invoice paid within 10 days.
