Market Engagement: Property Transformation Programme

The Property Transformation Programme is planning to transform facilities management delivery (FM) across the Prison, Probation and MoJ HQ estate, covering hard and soft facilities management.

Our Launch event will be held in person at Newbold Revel, Rugby (CV23 0TH) on 27th July 2023. It is an opportunity for the MoJ to introduce the Property Transformation Programme, sharing our strategy and vision as well as timelines and plans and begin our open dialogue with the market. The day will offer the opportunity to engage and network with other market participants and we will also be holding sessions to allow suppliers to engage directly with MoJ.

We are intending to bring the opportunity to tender for these services to the market via Crown Commercial Services (CCS) Frameworks; RM6232 Facilities Management and Workplace Services Framework and RM6168 Estate Management Services Framework in 2024. Those suppliers on the frameworks will be invited to this launch event but we would also like to extend the opportunity for SMEs and other potential supply chain members to apply to join us at the Programme Launch, for information sharing and networking.
