(MARKET ENGAGEMENT ONLY) Provision of Support to an APHA Tier 2 National Exercise

This procurement will require the supplier to work collaboratively with subject matter experts to design and develop a suitable scenario for a Tier 2 National Exercise. The Exercise Package designed will contain four individual exercises including a two-day Live play exercise, a range of bespoke products to aid the realism aspect of the exercises and a stakeholder engagement plan. <br/><br/>The supplier will be required to undertake a post-exercise debrief to collate lessons for continuous improvement and produce a comprehensive Exercise report, that once generated, will be available to the general public.
