Anglian Water is looking to engage with the market, to understand what opportunities could be sought to aid our Energy challenges, both in terms of the current volatile financial costs, but also the carbon impact that energy can have. A Guidance document, and response document are available to be completed at the URL link provided in this notice. Interested parties shall bear their own costs of participation in this pre-market engagement of whatever nature. Anglian Water shall not be liable for any costs, expenses or losses howsoever arising (including, without limitation, any loss of profit or other economic loss incurred) regardless of the outcome of the pre-market engagement phase.
