What is being bought
Bristol City Council (BCC) are issuing a speculative soft market testing notice to understand the interest in the market relating to the maintenance & supply of Metrobus iPoints.
There are currently around 91 'iPoint' units across the metrobus network in the Bristol region. Our current contract for the supply, installation and maintenance of these iPoints expires in October 2026. We are engaging with the market to understand interest in adopting the existing units and maintaining their operation further expiry of our existing arrangement.
Please note that partaking in this soft market testing process does not guarantee your organisation future contracts with the Council. Any requirements will be tendered in adherence to the Bristol City Council procurement rules & Procurement Act 2023.
Please note an estimated contract duration is required for this notice however this is indicative and the term will be confirmed in any future tender documentation.
