What is being bought
Ulster University intends to award the contract for maintenance and ongoing support of our Banner Student Record Information System to Ellucian Support Global Ltd. This contract will provide the University with access to all future software releases, patches and changes for the Banner Student Record Information System. This is required to ensure we have access to support versions of software and have access to changes required by our operating environment. In addition the contract provides full access to Ellucian support services which is required for the ongoing support of this software system and consultancy services. The anticipated duration of the contract will be for 5 years
