- General purpose rooms
- Meeting rooms

- Changing accommodation / toilets
- High specification finishes
External works are expected to comprise:
- Treatment of invasive species within the Site
- Earthworks and retaining structures
- Construction of internal roads, car parking, pedestrian footpaths, surfacing and kerbs.
- Site drainage including installation of a waste water treatment unit.
- All hard & soft landscaping
- Utility provision
