Any appeals should be promptly brought to the attention of the contact specified in Section I above, and will be dealt with in accordance with the requirements of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015. Any appeals must be brought within the timescales specified by the applicable law, including without limitation, the Public Contracts Regulations 2015. Publisher note: Magnox Limited have issued this Prior Information Notice to ascertain the availability of suppliers that have capability to maintain and upgrade the current installed Siemens Sinteso fully addressable, networked system that is currently installed at our Oldbury site. Suppliers responding to this notice must hold the necessary Siemens licence keys to be considered for shortlisting to be invited to tender.
