Official UK procurement notice
LTC Productivity, Performance & Delivery Assurance
Authority: National Highways Limited (Central government)
What is being bought
Published requirement descriptionThe previous work (Sprint 1 and Sprint 2) has put productivity on the agenda for the working teams and established a live, Delivery Partner - endorsed Earned Value approach from Programme through Project to Strategic Package level. As the Performance Measurement Baseline (PMB) is finalised and the Programme moves into its highest-value, highest-risk years of construction, Lower Thames Crossing (LTC) now needs to build an aligned view of the construction phase productivity capabilities needed to protect time and cost outcomes to the PMB.
