To meet LPF’s service plan objectives, including increasing resilience, complying with Financial Conduct Authority ("FCA") standards for systems and controls, and adopting new technologies for its users and members, a solution from a new Managed Service Provider ("MSP") is being sought. This service will include Transition from the existing MSP, Service Design, Operational Services, Support Services, Professional Services and Contract Management Services.
