- Price: Prices per item as will be showing on the Appendix B for each separate lot
- Quality: Mobilisation of account & demonstration of how the goods will be fulfilled & delivered (to include delivery lead times), demonstration of any technical assistance required. Experience & capacity to supply. 15% How the contract will be managed, provision of an account manager, ordering options i.e. online ordering, Click and Collect same day service, next day delivery, invoicing, dealing with returns, aftersales services, warranties available and any minimum order values. 15%
- Environmental, Corporate Responsibility, Sustainability: Policy including willingness to implement change, disposal of packaging, evidence of carbon reduction or plastic reduction action taken e.g. in the organisation of, or the vehicles used in the delivery, Scope 3 emissions. 10%
- Added Value: Apprenticeships, student training/placements educational visits, masterclasses, training for staff on products & equipment, after sales service, student prizes, social value commitments. 10%
