Tram HPU Cleansing
Existing FCC Filter Trolley Upgrade & Manufacture of one new Filler Trolley
Technical Support and maintenance of the Flushing Rigs and Filter Trolleys over the 5 year period

Why no open competition: Single Suppliers Intellectual Property Exclusive Rights; Single Suppliers Technical Reasons
Published justification: The justification for award of this proposed contract to the OEM, Hydac, without competition for the parts and services outlined in this paper, is that any change in supplier, design, or testing specification would oblige TfL to acquire parts that have different technical characteristics which would result in incompatibility or disproportionate technical difficulties in operation and maintenance; in accordance with the Provisions under the Procurement Act, Schedule 5 para 7 (a) & (b) as outlined below
