KMW have previously responded to the Authority’s request for information relating to an exclusive right for the LFME system and clearly stated that they hold the exclusive rights as owner of the LFME ® technology as developed in 1982. KMW have previously informed the Authority that they have not and will not license the exclusive rights to a third party. |
