Published description of the framework

Depending on the requirement/lot either a direct award or further competition will be undertaken for each call-off contract.

Further competition will awarded on the basis of: price, experience, specialism and subject to any perceived conflicts resulting from ongoing work.

Direct award will be made when the provider is the only appointed specialist able to meet the requirement OR where the requirement is a continuation of existing work where a change in provider would cause technical difficulties.

Every one of these 5 lots carries the same published figure, £800,000: it is the framework's maximum for the whole notice, not each lot's own budget, and no share per lot is published. The cards below say ceiling above rather than repeat it.
