Not publishedThe value of the framework has increased from £30m to £45m. The change in value is a result of the expansion of Homes England's remit over the 4 years of the framework leading to higher than expected legal requirements. Homes England's legal requirements have not changed, just increased. The replacement legal framework is currently being tendered for and the value of this new framework has been extended accordingly. Please note, Homes England's address has changed between the publication of the award notice and this amendment notice.
