Published requirement description

Provision of a proprietary software licence and tier-3 support services for the Rustici Engine. The software integrates directly with the bespoke CSL learning management system (LMS), providing an on-premise xAPI-conformant Learning Record Store (LRS) and native support for SCORM (1.2, 2004 2nd/3rd/4th eds), AICC, cmi5, xAPI, and LTI standards, while preserving Government Digital Service (GDS) front-end styling.
