Coverage: 118 active published awards; 112 bid reports (which may be per lot). Supplier values exclude multi-supplier awards, frameworks and DPS, and use GBP only. They are published award values, not payments. Published-to-award variance compares single-lot, single-award, single-supplier GBP procedures with explicitly non-framework/non-DPS status; increases remain in the average. Unpublished data stays unknown. Awarded suppliers are winners, not all bidders.

The Scottish Government are committed to providing support and remediation where risks, due to unsafe cladding systems on external walls, have been identified and assessed by a competent professional (chartered fire engineer for buildings over 18m) . The SBA programme has been introduced and will either carry out or support fully funded safety assessments to determine domestic multi occupancy buildings with a fire safety risk. The assessment will identify the repairs needed to make buildings safe. A pilot phase of the SBA program is underway, this is a selected 27 buildings from the initial EOI group (which was a nationwide survey of applicants), this project is to help deliver an SBA for a single building from the 27 building pilot group. The Pilot has identified buildings where previous assessments highlighted a potential risk to life. Risks may be of a result of the external wall cladding system, materials used or how they have been installed or where other fire safety issues have been identified such as a lack of fire breaks or cavity barriers
