What is being bought

Published requirement description

RSS International Ltd are an independent company required to verify the installation position of the average speed cameras and to validate the calibration of the cameras. This is part of the evidential trail for the Home Office for the police to prosecute for speed offences. They undertake surveys and provide calibration certificates as the outputs. There are 5 schemes in the Designated Funds programme which require this validation process and the business justification is for the full amount across all 5 of these schemes.
