Kitchens and Shower Room Installation Services with Void Works

This tender is for the requirement to install kitchen and shower rooms across numerous Housing 21 courts in England. This tender is split across 46 counties, bidders can bid for all counties, however, Housing 21 reserve the right to award any one contractor up to circa 7 counties, but reserve the right to alter this number in line with competition outcome; The object being to maximise contractor availability and provide a range of capable contractors to support the contract. Housing 21 intends to operate this contract alongside our larger scale complete scheme refurbishment programme. Under this contract kitchens and / or shower rooms will be replaced predominately in void properties but also in occupied flats where required. These works will typically be undertaken one flat at a time rather than multiple flats simultaneously. Generally, this opportunity will focus on kitchen and shower room installations. However, there may be instances when void works are requested during the contract term (void works may include decorations, electrical and gas tests, renewing electrical accessories, cleaning, minor joinery works and repairs). The contract term is three years with the possibility of a two year extension.
