North Yorkshire Council is requesting information from suppliers to help determine the scope and feasibility of its requirement, to understand the range of potential solutions available in the market, and to assist with drafting a potential future tender specification for a Kitchen Management Solution and associated hardware for use in schools and corporate sites across North Yorkshire. The system will also be used centrally for recipe maintenance, nutritional analysis and allergen control.
