This modification is to implement Digital Patient Initiated Follow-Up (PIFU) at James Paget University Hospital through enhancing the existing DrDoctor system functionality to deliver improved performance to support elective recovery.
The effective date for this modification is 1/3/26, the value is £80000,00 and the duration is for 13 months.
There is no change in contract dates or term which remains remains 1 April 2022 - 31 March 2030, inclusive of 3 year option to extend."
