What is being bought
The role of the Judicial Appointments Commission’s (JAC) is to maintain and strengthen judicial independence, by selecting candidates for judicial office and making the appointments process clearer and more accountable to the public. The JAC is responsible for designing, planning, and conducting recruitment campaigns to select all judicial office holders up to and including the High Court. This procurement is to fulfil the recruitment of a new chair for JAC board.
