Coverage: 14 active published awards; 14 bid reports (which may be per lot). Supplier values exclude multi-supplier awards, frameworks and DPS, and use GBP only. They are published award values, not payments. Published-to-award variance compares single-lot, single-award, single-supplier GBP procedures with explicitly non-framework/non-DPS status; increases remain in the average. Unpublished data stays unknown. Awarded suppliers are winners, not all bidders.

What is being bought
FCDO Services (the Authority) invites tenders from Providers for IT Security Health Checks (ITHCs) or penetration tests, to be completed to National Cyber Security Centre (NCSC) Check Test Specifications.
The successful provider will conduct technical analysis of identified systems to ensure the correct implementation of security functions and identification of vulnerabilities that may compromise the confidentiality, integrity or availability of information. The tests will be carried out as a White Box assessment. The results from such analysis can be used by the technical team and accreditation team to mitigate the vulnerabilities and aid in accreditation.
The objective of the ITHC is to demonstrate that the operation of the identified system are not exposed to an unacceptable risk from poor configuration, out of date patching and/or other vulnerabilities.
