- Quality is a key measure of success for the Trust. Please provide details of how you will provide a high-quality solution in the delivery of the dental refurbishment identified within the ITT: 15%
- The purchase of equipment and refurbishment within the ITT are to be delivered within the required timescales and is a key requirement for the client. With your knowledge and understanding of the particular details of this project please confirm the key issues that you foresee in its delivery. How will you overcome them to successfully to deliver the project within the timescales available: 21%
- With the recent coronavirus pandemic and the impact that it is likely to have on future works, did you continue to work throughout the recent Covid 19 lockdowns and if so what measures did you put in place that went above and beyond government, NHS and CLC guidance?: 3.75%
- Please describe the support you offer to your Site Management team to manage Health and Safety during works.: 3.75%
- Please describe how in working in partnership with the Trust you will tackle workforce inequality: 3%
- You will be required to attend an Interview following submission of your Tender proposal. You should ensure that key members of your Project Team are available for the interview. Please confirm key members will be available: 6%
- Please detail how you intend to ensure that supply chains remain resilient including outside of the UK in order that we receive goods and services on time and cost in order not to delay the works.: 3.75%
- Cost: 40%
