The service will provide high-quality, open access, equitable, all age and cost-effective integrated sexual health services that is part of a Suffolk health and social care system, addresses population need and contributes to a reduction in inequalities in health and life chances.The service will improve sexual and reproductive health by delivering a range of interventions across the life course, with a focus on prevention, thus reducing the demand on specialist services and increasing the emphasis on community based preventative services.

Review procedure

Suffolk County Council incorporates a minimum 10 calendar day standstill period from the point at which information on the award of contract is communicated to tenderers. This period allows unsuccessful tenderers to seek further debriefing from the contracting authority before the contract is entered into. If an appeal regarding the award of contract has not been successfully resolved: The Public Contracts Regulations 2015 as amended provide for aggrieved parties who have been harmed or at risk of harm by a breach of the rules, to take action in the High Court (England, Wales and Northern Ireland) Any such action must be brought promptly.

Publisher note: This is a Provider Selection Regime (PSR) contract modification notice, under the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023. For the avoidance of doubt, the provisions of the Procurement Act 2023 / Procurement Regulations 2024 do not apply to this award. This contract has now been formally modified. The modification has been approved by the Public Health and Communities Senior Leadership Team. No conflicts or potential conflicts of interest were identified.
