Payment obligations depend on the applicable regime and contract. Consult the official documents.
Coverage: 17 active published awards; 17 bid reports (which may be per lot). Supplier values exclude multi-supplier awards, frameworks and DPS, and use GBP only. They are published award values, not payments. Published-to-award variance compares single-lot, single-award, single-supplier GBP procedures with explicitly non-framework/non-DPS status; increases remain in the average. Unpublished data stays unknown. Awarded suppliers are winners, not all bidders.

What is being bought
NNL has directly commissioned energy systems analysis projects previously. In establishing a Collaboration Centre however, we aim to leverage NNL’s investment of £1 million to deliver a total value of over £5 million by drawing in contributions from - and aligning activities with – other non-nuclear organisations and initiatives. This directly aligns with the strategic intent set out in the NNL Strategic Plan through the Clean Energy Focus Area (CEFA) and the Science and Technology (S&T) Agenda for development of Collaboration Centres that harness the resource and capability from a range of organisations and leverage funding and knowledge for greater overall impact on achieving decarbonisation and net zero by 2050. The IESCC will build on and complement existing UK initiatives and capabilities. As such, the Supplier must be able to demonstrate access to a credible integrated energy system modelling capability for the duration of the five-year programme.
