Good Credit Rating by organisations such as S&P, Finch and Moody's
Minimum: Minimum A rating by S&P or equivalent - Technical & professional ability
Relevant Insurance Qualifications by the Team handling Linstone's Portfolio and Significant Housing Association claims handling experience
Minimum: Minimum Level 3 Certificate in Insurance - Technical & professional ability
Companies appropriately registered with the FCA and RCA for provision of Insurance Services
