Coverage: 214 active published awards; 211 bid reports (which may be per lot). Supplier values exclude multi-supplier awards, frameworks and DPS, and use GBP only. They are published award values, not payments. Published-to-award variance compares single-lot, single-award, single-supplier GBP procedures with explicitly non-framework/non-DPS status; increases remain in the average. Unpublished data stays unknown. Awarded suppliers are winners, not all bidders.

What is being bought
The Provider must develop and maintain an inclusive and accessible IPS programme within the Inverclyde area. The service will be delivered five days per week, Monday to Friday over a 37 hour working week.
The programme will work with adults aged 16 and over.
Successful suppliers will be able to work collegiately, with existing partnerships and in forming new partnerships.
It is expected that flexible, culturally appropriate approaches will be used and that the tenderers will demonstrate a sophisticated understanding of the pattern of inequalities in Inverclyde and of the barriers in working with people who experience multiple vulnerabilities including poverty in many forms alongside loneliness and isolation.
