Coverage: 206 active published awards; 198 bid reports (which may be per lot). Supplier values exclude multi-supplier awards, frameworks and DPS, and use GBP only. They are published award values, not payments. Price reduction compares single-lot, single-award, single-supplier GBP procedures with explicitly non-framework/non-DPS status; increases remain in the average. Unpublished data stays unknown. Awarded suppliers are winners, not all bidders.

The Council are seeking a contract to provide: Independent advocacy, in all its forms, seeks to make sure children and young people (age 0 - 26 years old) can have their voices heard on issues which are important to them, and have their views and wishes considered when decisions are being made about their lives. It is an important part of the process of safeguarding rights. Having an Independent Advocacy worker by their side is viewed as vital for vulnerable children or young people who may feel they have little control over their own lives. Independent Advocacy puts children and young people first, and at the center of their hearing, review or any other decision-making process or procedure.
