Payment obligations depend on the applicable regime and contract. Consult the official documents.
Coverage: 86 active published awards; 81 bid reports (which may be per lot). Supplier values exclude multi-supplier awards, frameworks and DPS, and use GBP only. They are published award values, not payments. Published-to-award variance compares single-lot, single-award, single-supplier GBP procedures with explicitly non-framework/non-DPS status; increases remain in the average. Unpublished data stays unknown. Awarded suppliers are winners, not all bidders.

What is being bought
Delivery of a collaborative research project which will ultimately highlight English estuaries most vulnerable to specific climate change impacts, with a particular focus on water quality. This work is split into three work packages. The first work package will identify and summarise the environmental data for English estuaries and identify trends within this dataset. The second work package focuses on filling in key evidence gaps with estuarine modelling. The third work package focuses on producing accessible outputs for decision-makers and highlighting what this means for climate change adaptation.
