Proposals are sought from experienced, credible and reputable provider(s) in the field of Talent Management and senior leader development to design and deliver; the 12-month aspirant director development component of the Hertfordshire and West Essex ICS highly regarded Accelerated Director Development Scheme (ADDS) for high potential leaders, assessed as being ready for an Executive Director role within 9-24 months. ADDS is unique in that it is led a partnership of CEOs within the ICS who set the strategic direction for and are directly involved in the identification, ongoing development and deployment of the next generation of their future leaders. ADDS links leadership development to job opportunity; ensuring participants receive an in-depth stretching 12-month leadership development programme.

    ADDS is also an Executive Director training ground, using experiential learning approaches such as, stretch assignments, secondments and acting up opportunities to build participants skill, confidence and support their career progression, Proposals are requested for a delivery partner(s) to design and delivery ADDS Cohorts 6 and Cohort 7 for approximately 20 participants per cohort.It is anticipated that the contract will commence in March 2022 in preparation for the Cohort 6 launch in September 2022.
