ADDS is unique in that it is led a partnership of CEOs within the ICS who set the strategic direction for and are directly involved in the identification, ongoing development and deployment of the next generation of their future leaders. ADDS links leadership development to job opportunity; ensuring participants receive an in-depth stretching 12-month leadership development programme.
