The procurement falls outside the scope of application of the regulations<br/>Explanation:<br/><br/>This notice confirms the intention to award a contract under the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023. For the avoidance of doubt, the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 do not apply. The standstill period begins the day after publication of this notice. Representations by providers must be submitted to the decision makers by 9th July (midnight) at:<br/>Email: [email protected] and [email protected]<br/><br/>This contract has not yet formally been awarded; this notice serves as an intention to award under the PSR.’

Publisher note: Award decision-makers are; Service Line Leads for the units requiring GP In-reach. Christopher Davis and Stuart McDonald, along with approval from Simon Pattison. <br/>There are no declared conflicts or potential conflicts of interest of individuals making the decision.<br/>The following key criteria were used to make the decision;<br/>Quality & Innovation,<br/>Integration, collaboration and service sustainability,<br/>Improving access, reducing health inequalities and facilitating choice,<br/>and Social value.<br/>The selected supplier meets or exceeds all of our expectations against these criterion. There is no considerable change from the existing contract. The provider's assessment against criteria and over the course of their contract has demonstrated value for money.
