Coverage: 33 active published awards; 1 bid reports (which may be per lot). Supplier values exclude multi-supplier awards, frameworks and DPS, and use GBP only. They are published award values, not payments. Price reduction compares single-lot, single-award, single-supplier GBP procedures with explicitly non-framework/non-DPS status; increases remain in the average. Unpublished data stays unknown. Awarded suppliers are winners, not all bidders.

Planning and rationale
Planning budgetNot published |
No-engagement rationaleNot published |
Procedure rationaleHPFT will not be able to transfer cases that have had an ADHD assessment, impacting their capacity to provide assessments to CYP (the waiting list is currently over 2,000 CYP). HertsOne has a caseload of 730 CYP who will need to be transferred to an alternative provision which does not exist. CYP who are stabilised on medication would not receive the ongoing medication reviews, resulting in safety risks. NHS services have not been able to meet growing demand, and primary care and mental health services have become overwhelmed with demand, leading to long waits and the need to restrict access to services to only the most severe cases. |
