What is being bought
Published requirement descriptionCambridge City Council completed phase one of a whole system review of homelessness, with phase two being direct awarded to complete a new homelessness strategy, action plan and works required under the Supported Housing (Regulatory Oversight) Act 2023 which is a review and strategy for Supported Accommodation, under a new contract.
With LGR on the horizon all 6 LA's with this responsibility in Cambridgeshire and Peterborough want to bring this work together and for PPL to complete this for the whole area to deliver economies of scale and more importantly allow for LGR ready strategy/ies to be produced by the deadline of 31/03/2027.This will mean Cambridge City Council's procurement value may go over the PA23 value.
