This is a Provider Selection Regime (PSR) intention to award notice. The awarding of this contract is subject to the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023. For the avoidance of doubt, the provisions of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 do not apply to this award. The publication of this notice marks the start of the standstill period. Representations by providers must be made to the relevant authority by 22nd September 2026 (8 working days following publication of intention to award notice). This contract has not yet formally been awarded; this notice serves as an intention to award under the PSR.

Publisher note: Decision makers: The Primary Care Operational Group (PCOG) supported the decision on 08/09/2026. Approval provided by David Jarrett - Chief Strategic Commissioning Officer, in accordance with SFIs on 10/09/2026. 1 conflict of interest was identified in advance of the PCOG meeting via review of the declaration of interest register. This individual did not receive the papers for the item and did not attend the meeting. A second potential conflict of interest was identified at the PCOG meeting before the agenda item commenced. This individual left the meeting for the agenda item and rejoined the meeting once the discussion had been concluded.
