Holocaust Memorial Day Civic Event

The outcomes of the Civic Event are to: • Help raise awareness and understanding of experiences of the victims of past genocides and more recent conflicts around the world. • Promote community cohesion between people of different faiths and backgrounds. The outputs are to: • Organise and run a Holocaust Memorial Day Civic Event bringing different communities together in an inter-faith setting to commemorate different genocides through a candle-lighting ceremony. • Involve faith leaders and/or voluntary and community sector (VCS) organisations and groups whose communities have been impacted by genocide in the event as speakers, performers and/or audience members. • Support Cambridge City Council's Equity Team to make connections with faith leaders and VCS organisations and groups involved with the event by making introductions and involving the team in some key conversations planning the event. Comparable-procurement analytics

Benchmarked against retained Find a Tender procedures with CPV division 79. The category anchor is Cultural event organisation services (79952100); this is a deliberately broad market comparator. The comparison is shown at several levels rather than pretending one company or region is always the best benchmark.

“Reported bids” is an official aggregate, sometimes reported per lot; it is the closest available competition measure. “Named award suppliers” are winners, not all applicants.

Price-outcome signal

Not enough comparable procedures currently publish both a GBP tender value and a usable lowest-valid-bid value to calculate a responsible price-reduction benchmark. Tenderline deliberately does not infer a saving from named award suppliers or from missing award values.
