Following the modification, the contract provides for the continued delivery of managed cyber security services in support of HM Passport Office (HMPO) systems and operations.

Any proceedings in respect of alleged breaches of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 must be brought in accordance with Regulation 92 of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015.

The modification provides continued delivery of cyber security services to support HM Passport Office systems and operations, pending the commencement of a competition for a replacement contract expected prior to 1 August 2027.
