HfL requires a framework for the provision of a suitable Occupational Health and Employee Assistance Program supplier for all types of educational settings, providing a full range of services that enable school leaders and staff to effectively manage staff attendance, health, and wellbeing. This offer will be accessible for the aforementioned educational settings nationally. An Occupational Health provider gives settings access to clinical advice which gives schools the ability to manage attendance and ill health. The core services that must be supplied as a minimum are the provision of pre-employment checks, management referrals and assessment, ill health retirement assessments and eligibility certification.
