It should be noted that this figure includes VAT which may or may not be relevant dependent if VAT is applicableFor the avoidance of doubt, the estimated annual value of the Contract will be approximately £2,416,390.80 for Lot 1 and £887,524.80 for Lot 2. As detailed above, it must be noted that this figure includes VAT which may or may not be relevant dependent if VAT is applicable.The Contract is awarded for an initial term of Two (2) years, with the option to extend the Contract by a further two (2) years and then a subsequent one (1) year, so up to a maximum Three (3) further years.
