What is being bought
CBC invite suitable companies that provide Hard FM services, to attend an engagement session at Priory House, Monks Walk, Chicksands, Shefford, Bedfordshire, SG17 5TQ, on Monday 6 June 2022 from 10am – 1pm. The Hard FM Services will be split into two separate contracts that will provide statutory, planned and reactive maintenance services; Cont 1 – will provide Mechanical and Electrical and some specialist M&E services.The appointed contractor will be responsible for the provision of Preventative and Planned Maintenance, Statutory Compliance Maintenance, Specialist M&E Services, Remedial Works, Callouts and Reactive Maintenance, Project Works and Risk Assessments. Cont 2 – will provide General Building and Fabric services.The appointed contractor will be responsible for the provision of Reactive Maintenance, Project Works and Building Surveys.
