What is being bought
This is a Prior Information Notice (PIN) to inform potential bidder that the BSO Procurement and Logistics Service (PaLS), intends to issue a tender to award a new Contract for the supply of Haemodialysis Equipment, Associated Consumables and Software Interface on behalf of the Western Health and Social Care Trust in Northern Ireland. The scope of the tender will include chronic and acute dialysis equipment, associated consumables and spare parts, installation of the Central Delivery System, portable reverse osmosis devices, bi-directional interface capability and related training. PaLS request that interested suppliers complete the market questionnaire attached to this PIN, an explanatory document is also attached to assist you. Any submission received in response to this exercise will not constitute any contractual agreement between the respondent and the Contracting Authority, All correspondence in relation to this market engagement exercise will be communicated via the secure eTendersNI messaging portal. Suppliers will be required to return answers to the questionnaire and any comments NO LATER than 15.00 on Thursday 2nd November 2023. All information provided in this exercise will be treated in confidence, non participation in this market engagement process does not preclude any suppliers from participating in the procurement tendering process.
