- Economic & financial standing
Bidders will be required to state the values for the following financial ratio: Operating Profit.
The acceptable range for each financial ratio is above 10%
The ratio will be calculated as follows:
Operating Profit / Net Sales × 100
Minimum: 10% - Technical & professional ability
Bidders will be required to provide examples that demonstrate that they have the relevant experience to deliver the services as described in part II.2.4 of the OJEU Contract Notice or the relevant section of the Site Notice.
- Price carries 40 of 100 points: a 10% discount moves about 4 points. The method statement decides this lot, not the discount.
Price arithmetic assumes straight proportional scoring; the tender pack may use another formula.
