Greenspace Management Services

Stockport Homes Group (SHG) are seeking tenders for the provision of Greenspace Management Services for a period of four years, with the option to extend for a further year subject to agreement commencing 1 February 2024. Type of work required includes, but not limited to: 1. Grass cutting (cut and collect, cut and drop and mulch) 2. Shrub bed maintenance and pruning 3. Hedge maintenance and pruning 4. Rose bed maintenance and pruning 5. Flower bed planting and maintenance 6. Long grass maintenance 7. Wildflower planting and maintenance 8. Hard surface maintenance This is a two stage process. In the first stage interested suppliers will be asked to complete and return a Standard Selection Questionnaire (SQ) for return no later than 17 July 2023. Following evaluation, a number of suppliers will be invited to respond to an Invitation to Tender (ITT) at this stage full specification and supporting documentation will be provided. Submitted tenders will then be evaluated, clarification meetings held, and the Contract awarded to the successful Tenderer. The Invitation to Tender exercise is anticipated to commence 31 July 2023 The expected timetable is as follows: Standard Selection Questionnaire (SQ) available 16 June 2023 Closing date for return SQ 17 July 2023 Selected suppliers invited to submit Invitation to Tender (ITT) 31 July 2023 Closing date to receive Tenders 8 September 2023 Clarification meetings - September 2023 Award of Contract - October 2023 Contract start date 1 February 2024
