What is being bought
The Green School Trust (TGST) is a multi-academy trust based in Isleworth, Middlesex. It currently consists of two secondary schools which are unusually geographically very close, located virtually opposite each other on London Road. Currently TGST outsources much of the management of their ICT infrastructure to a third-party provider. A single MS Windows Active Directory domain operates across both sites and both schools utilise Google Workspace for Education and use Chromebooks and MS Windows Desktops. The Trust is seeking a new provider of this service. The Contract(s) will cover the period from 15h February 2023 to 15th February 2026, with a possibility to extend the contract by 1+1 years, the trust is under no obligation to extend the arrangement after the 3 years. The proposed Contract has a value of up to £200,000 Annually with a potential contract £1m for the maximum life of the contract (3 Years, with options to extend 1+1). Please not the contract will be formed between The Green School Trust and the successful supplier. The procurement process is being managed by The Get Help Buying for Schools Service of The Department for Education
