This is an open stage procurement and tenders should be submitted in three parts. Part one is the quality questionnaire, part two is the pricing document & form of tender and part three is the completed SPD document.
The award will be based on the most economically advantageous tender with the quality score accounting for 40% and tender price 60% of the overall score.
