The Services required under this procurement fall within Schedule 3 of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 (SI 2015/102) and are therefore not bound by all of its requirements. The Council will follow its own modified version of the Framework process described under Regulation 33. This modified process includes the length of the framework and the ability to reopen the tender to ensure coverage of service areas. The Council reopens the framework on an annual basis for Lots 2-6, providers should ensure they read ITT for full details.
