- KPI 1 - Delivery of Reagents & Consumables, This KPI measures On-time in Full (OTIF) delivery of reagents & consumables as required by the Buyer to undertake the workload. As contract value is under 5 million, KPI performance is not required to be published.
- KPI 2 - Fault Reporting - Step 1, This KPI measures the responsiveness of engineers to reported issues, focusing on timely communication and ongoing updates. The Supplier shall respond within 1 working day to all faults reported by the Buyer, in accordance with the agreed fault reporting process. The response must be provided by a relevant support specialist with expertise in the specific fault reported. This requirement applies during standard working hours: 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday, excluding Bank Holidays. As contract value is under 5 million, KPI performance is not required to be published.
- KPI 3 - Fault Communication and Resolution Plan - Step 2, This KPI will be triggered upon activation of KPI 2, i.e. when a fault is reported. Under KPI 3, the Supplier must provide a formal fault report to the Buyer within one week of the fault being initially reported. The purpose of this KPI is to ensure timely and transparent communication from the supplier, enabling the buyer to understand the impact and expected resolution of faults. As contract value is under 5 million, KPI performance is not required to be published.
