External Maintenance Framework

CPV: Construction work

How this framework works

From the published notice
Places
up to 12 suppliers · 7 bids received (0.6 per place) · 7 appointed

Lots and requirements (3)Procurement structure

3 lots · 2 with a published value · a supplier may bid for at most 3 and win at most 2 of them · same evaluation weights on every lot

Every one of these 2 lots carries the same published figure, £13,000,000: it is the framework's maximum for the whole notice, not each lot's own budget, and no share per lot is published. The cards below say ceiling above rather than repeat it.

How this buyer will score bids.

The evaluation criteria and weights exactly as published on the notice, grouped by family (price, quality, social value and so on).

Evaluation split and conditions of participation as published; the tender pack may add more

Published award criteria (3)
  • Quality: 40
  • Social Value: 20
  • Price: 40
What this means for your bid
  • Price carries 40 of 100 points: a 10% discount moves about 4 points. The method statement decides this lot, not the discount.
  • “G&R/HRA/ External Maintenance Framework” is a framework: the contest is a place on its panel, up to 12 suppliers, not a single contract.

Price arithmetic assumes straight proportional scoring; the tender pack may use another formula.
