Coverage: 42 active published awards; 41 bid reports (which may be per lot). Supplier values exclude multi-supplier awards, frameworks and DPS, and use GBP only. They are published award values, not payments. Price reduction compares single-lot, single-award, single-supplier GBP procedures with explicitly non-framework/non-DPS status; increases remain in the average. Unpublished data stays unknown. Awarded suppliers are winners, not all bidders.

Planning and rationale

No-engagement rationaleNot published |
Procedure rationaleThis is a compliant exception due to the unforeseeable nature and extreme urgency of the requirement.
Regulation 32 of the PCR 15 allows for contracts to be awarded directly in certain circumstances e.g. extreme urgency or where no other provider or reasonable alternative provider who could provide the service.
Due to the extreme urgency associated with the displaced tenants BCC concludes that Regulation 32 can be relied upon to award this contract directly as a compliant breach. |
